Delete your PickComp account

PickComp is made by ILDAN, LLC. You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, or ask us to.

In the app (right away)

1. Open PickComp and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings button at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account and data.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete everything.

Want a copy first? On a laptop, open pickcomp.web.app, go to Reports and choose Download spreadsheet.

By email

Write to support@pickcomp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my PickComp account". We will confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything: your items, trips, sales, expenses, mileage, platforms, settings and home address, every photo, your lookup count, and your sign-in. Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from server logs that hold only an account ID and expire after 30 days. Files already on your own devices, like a downloaded spreadsheet or listing photos saved to your phone, are yours and are not touched.
